(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.)
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided you ordered several goods in a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions / Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in the case of contracts: - for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods (face masks, sponges, earrings, and cosmetics) that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. Custom-printed garments such as hoodies and T-shirts are specially ordered from our supplier for you and shipped directly from the supplier. These custom-printed garments cannot be returned (this is also mentioned on the specific product description page). Please check your size against the size chart before ordering;
- relating to discounts for "Mix & Save" products. If you purchase multiple items with a special bundle discount from our "Mix & Save" section and choose to return only some of them, we will adjust the discount based on what you keep. For example, if you bought 3 waist chains with a 40% discount on the third item and return 2 of them, your order price will be recalculated based on the original product price. By returning some "Mix & Save" items, you agree to this rule.
Always contact us within 14 days after receiving your package. Only orders received within the last 14 days fall within the return period. Products can only be returned in their original condition. Washed, damaged, worn, cut, or tag-removed products cannot be returned.
The customer bears the costs for returning the products. Pack the products well and preferably use a shipping method with tracking. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipment. Bulola cannot be held responsible for missing returns. All return shipping costs must be prepaid. Please note that for returns from outside the EU, any customs fees must be paid by the customer before we can accept your return package. Any customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please use the return form at the end of this page so that we receive all the necessary details for your return request promptly. After we have approved your return request, we will send you return instructions by email. Your products must arrive at our premises within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.
